Shipping policy

LAUNCH & SALES SHIPPING; We ship Monday - Friday, excluding VIC public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your Studio Collectives items as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE;

• Studio Collectives cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Studio Collectives are unable to modify processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
• If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $10 will be required to re-ship.

All confirmed orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days once the order is placed. Any orders that are affected by delays due to factory issues will receive express shipping.
